5. Service Bookings and Cancellations

  • Bookings for our indoor golf simulators and other services can be made through our website, over the phone, or in person at one of our locations.
  • We require a credit card to secure your booking. Your card will not be charged until the service is provided, except in cases of late cancellations or no-shows.
  • Cancellations must be made at least six hours before your scheduled booking time to avoid a cancellation fee.
  • No-shows or cancellations made less than six hours before the booking time will incur a fee of 50% of the booking cost.

6. Age Restriction

All Perfect Round locations operate under the same age restriction policy – which is: “The Perfect Round allows all ages at our facilities before 6:00 PM – at which time our venues become ages 21 (twenty one) and up only. The only exception to this is in the event of a private venue event buyout. “

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable State, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the rules and laws of the applicable jurisdiction.

8. Amendments

The Perfect Round reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will be considered effective immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use of the site and services will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms.
